Easy & Healthy Recipe For Someone Just Learning How To Cook!




So I'm a new wife and I came into marriage not knowing how to even boil water! I'm trying to learn easy, yet healthy recipes, so I can ease into this whole "homemaker" title! My husband's reaction to this meal was incredible so I figured I'd post it on my blog for anybody in the same boat as me.


Here's What You'll Need


  • Yellow, Green, and Red Peppers

  • Ground Beef

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Taco Packet


So here's the first step... I made these peppers into smaller pieces- but you can cut them however you'd like! Just cut them up so they have a hallow inside so you can put the meat in there eventually :)



Now...Get a pan and brown up the taco meat!




Then.... Put the little peppers into the oven for 10 minutes at 375!




My personal favorite part (makes the house smell so good!!!)... Get out the taco packet and just pour it into the meat in the pan!



Get your cheese ready...




Finally... Spoon the meat into the cooked peppers...



Voila! Sprinkle the cheese on it and watch it melt right into it! Enjoy!!!!
